Feedback & Complaints

Your feedback, positive or negative, helps us provide better care. You have every right to raise a concern, and doing so will never affect the support you receive.

Talk to us first

If something isn't right, or you'd simply like to share feedback, the quickest way is to contact us directly. You can ask a family member, carer, advocate or friend to raise it on your behalf, and you can remain anonymous if you prefer.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint, listen carefully, and work with you to resolve it fairly and as quickly as we can. We treat all concerns confidentially and use them to improve our services.

If you'd prefer to contact someone independent

You can raise a concern with an external body at any time; you do not need to speak with us first.
